Human Impact
Due to living in forests close to humanity and also cutting down a few trees, there has been a higher population for the white tailed deers. There was less than 1 million white tailed deer in North America. But today there over 30 million white tails. The white tailed deers think of the human areas as a safe zone.
Human Activity
Human activity does affect the life span of a white tailed deer because if in captivity they only live up to 2-3 yrs old. Outside of captivity humans invade the habitat of the white tailed deer and have less space for living and food to feed their babies and themselves. Humanity also affects the growth of fawns and also affects the gestation period due to less space.
